UI/UX Designer (Mid–Senior Level)

We are looking for a highly skilled Mid–Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team at Hatom. In this role, you will work exclusively on our internal enterprise platforms, including management dashboards, SaaS applications, multi-tenant systems, and high-performance business tools. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and leadership to design intuitive, scalable, and efficient user experiences that power our core digital products.

Must-have

3–6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (product-focused).
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web app or enterprise product design.
Expertise in Figma for component systems, prototyping, and design documentation.
Ability to create clean, modern UI aligned with enterprise standards.
Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and UX best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear design concepts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with developers and product teams.
Strong attention to detail and a structured, systematic approach to design.

Is a plus

Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS applications or B2B dashboards.
Familiarity with design systems (creation, maintenance, scaling).
Experience collaborating with Agile teams (Jira, Notion, Linear or similar).
Understanding of web technologies (React, Next.js) from a design perspective.
Experience with data visualization, charts, and complex UI elements.
Background in usability testing or UX research.

What you will do

Design end-to-end experiences for Hatom’s internal enterprise products.
Create detailed UI components, design systems, and reusable patterns.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity interfaces.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Collaborate with product owners to refine features and improve UX.
Participate in feature planning, user journey mapping, and product strategy sessions.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across all Hatom products.
Gather feedback, perform iterative improvements, and maintain design documentation.
