UI/UX Designer (Mid–Senior Level)

Must-have

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (product-focused).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web app or enterprise product design.
• Expertise in Figma for component systems, prototyping, and design documentation.
• Ability to create clean, modern UI aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and UX best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with developers and product teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, systematic approach to design.

Is a plus

• Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS applications or B2B dashboards.
• Familiarity with design systems (creation, maintenance, scaling).
• Experience collaborating with Agile teams (Jira, Notion, Linear or similar).
• Understanding of web technologies (React, Next.js) from a design perspective.
• Experience with data visualization, charts, and complex UI elements.
• Background in usability testing or UX research.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for Hatom’s internal enterprise products.
• Create detailed UI components, design systems, and reusable patterns.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity interfaces.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine features and improve UX.
• Participate in feature planning, user journey mapping, and product strategy sessions.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across all Hatom products.
• Gather feedback, perform iterative improvements, and maintain design documentation.
