We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Engineer to design and implement scalable backend solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of complex backend systems, drive best practices, and mentor junior developers while ensuring the highest quality of code.

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development
• Deep expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or Zend)
• Strong experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience building and maintaining high-traffic, scalable web applications
• Expertise in API development and integration (REST, GraphQL)
• Strong experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment

Is a plus

• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior engineers
• Strong DevOps knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Advanced knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
• Understanding of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Strong security knowledge and experience implementing secure applications
