We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to lead development of a multi-agent recommendation engine. You’ll work on hierarchical agents, reinforcement learning, and advanced user embeddings.
Must-have
- Master’s or PhD in ML, AI, or related field.
- 4+ years ML deployment experience, ideally in recommender systems.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with RL libraries (Ray RLlib, Stable-Baselines3).
- Strong embedding and multi-objective optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with scalable training pipelines.
Is a plus
- Multi-agent system or hierarchical policy implementation.
- Knowledge graph embeddings and behavioral modeling.
- Understanding of fairness in recommendations.
- Vector search technologies (FAISS, Pinecone).
What you will do
- Develop multi-agent recommendation architectures.
- Implement reinforcement learning objectives.
- Create embeddings for users and POIs.
- Collaborate with engineers on data pipelines.
- Deploy and optimize models using MLOps tools.
- Conduct A/B tests and continuous tuning.
