We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Python and data analytics to join our growing team. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making and optimize key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also has a sharp business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-moving or tech-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and matplotlib/seaborn.
• Strong experience with SQL and working with large-scale relational databases.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise and compelling narratives for business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (especially with services like BigQuery, Redshift, or S3).
• Knowledge of machine learning workflows and experience with libraries like scikit-learn or XGBoost.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Domain knowledge in areas such as fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing analytics.
• Experience building dashboards or internal analytics tools using frameworks like Streamlit or Dash.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to identify key metrics and design insightful reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and trends.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that influence strategic decisions and product direction.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems and internal tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing best practices in data analysis and data governance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving analytical capabilities and tooling.
