Hatom is a software development company with over 7 years of experience delivering
enterprise-grade solutions to clients across international markets. We are expanding our
commercial function and looking for a Sales Development Representative who will take
direct ownership of new business generation.
This role sits at the core of our growth strategy. The right candidate brings structure,
professionalism, and a measurable track record in outbound sales. We value output over
activity and expect someone who holds themselves to a high standard without needing to
be reminded.
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation with measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads through direct outreach including cold calling
- Fluent and professional communicator across all channels, written and verbal
- Skilled at identifying and engaging decision-makers including CTOs, founders, and senior technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the full sales development cycle from prospecting to handoff
- Proficient in CRM management with disciplined pipeline hygiene and reporting habits
- Self-directed and accountable, capable of operating at full capacity in a remote environment
Is a plus
- Prior experience in software development, IT services, or technology outsourcing sales
- Familiarity with the buying behavior of technical decision-makers
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalent prospecting tools
- Exposure to European or international B2B markets
What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting across multiple channels to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads
- Conduct direct outreach and cold calls to target accounts with professionalism and precision
- Research and identify high-potential clients aligned with Hatom's service offering and target markets
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and strategic fit
- Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain full pipeline visibility in the CRM with accurate records of all interactions and next steps
- Provide structured weekly reporting on outreach performance, lead quality, and pipeline progression
- Work closely with leadership to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategy
