Must-have

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Clear and effective communication skills to present complex ideas in simple terms.
• A passion for problem-solving and working with data to uncover valuable insights.

Is a plus

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks or libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Prior experience working in a cross-functional or multi-lingual environment.

What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Develop Python-based solutions for data processing, analysis, and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and deliver impactful insights.
• Present your findings and recommendations in both German and English to stakeholders.
• Ensure high data quality standards and compliance with data privacy regulations.
