Must-have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering, software engineering, or ML roles.
• Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and the end-to-end modeling lifecycle.
• Solid grasp of data infrastructure principles: pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and scalable storage.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.

Is a plus

• Experience with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) or frameworks for building lightweight data apps (Streamlit, Dash).
• Ability to design dashboards and client-facing analytics that drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities or building service offerings.
• Exposure to consultancy or client-facing roles where translating requirements into solutions was key.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient data pipelines and storage systems (data warehouses/lakes).
• Provide strategic advice on client data infrastructure, preparing systems for scale and future growth.
• Develop end-to-end ML solutions, from data exploration and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous QA/QC processes.
• Build dashboards and visualization tools (Spotfire or custom apps) that allow clients to extract actionable insights.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, translating business goals into concrete data strategies.
• Support internal consultancy growth: contribute to methodologies, toolkits, and internal analytics.
• Identify and shape new client opportunities and project expansions.
